Damages and issues

Expect imperfections with the natural dye colour process, as in nature there are variations.  There may be variations in Aromatherapy products from batch to batch, this is part of the natural process. From season to season there are variables in the harvest that determine the expression of the plant's aroma, such as moisture levels, climate temperate, and soil composition.

Upon reception please inspect your order and notify us if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue. Shop credits will be issued as gift cards or as checkout codes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Shipping of exchanged items is at the customer's expense.
